I have used Southern California Pest Control in Huntington Beach for several properties and for several years and the company is responsive, professional, and does an excellent job!! I would highly recommend his company.

The representative did a good job on checking over things for termites but, I thought the initial contract price was a little steep at $700. When I renew in a year it will be $250, with another inspection. This company is pretty good and usually does an acceptable job.

We have a roof rodent problem and possible termites in the drywall and siding. I was skeptical of all 5 star rating from 200+ people. So, I contacted Southern California Pest Control and a couple of other big companies (with over 200 reviewsand highly rated). Shawn at Southern Pest control is the only one who can tell me on the phone how much it will cost. Others offer "free estimate" and swear that "nobody should be able to tell how much it costs, it could be $1,500 or several thousand". Well, a "free estimate" is never free, it at least costs me my time. Besides, So Cal’s pest control quote is a small fraction of what others were hinting at. We made an appointment for the next day very professional, very thorough. we are happy with everybody at the company and the service.

We've been using them for two years now. Our first experience was great. We just had our 2nd year inspection. Anthony arrived on time and was very courteous and through. I highly recommend.

Always polite and thorough

Mike came by and checked the whole area and all possible access places. Told us what to do to get rid of our little problem which I liked. He was very nice and informative. I really liked the way Mike handle the job. No charge for the advice and told me if I didn't get anything by next week to call him back which I will do.
